My husband and I are coming to Salida over Labor Day weekend and plan to pursue purchasing some land. We would like to build a log home and would be interested in knowing more about Adam’s business. He was referred to us by Jeanine Zeman of First Colorado Real Estate, who is working with us on finding some property.
We are also open to working on a “by owner” basis if you know of people with river-front land for sale in the Salida/Maysville/Nathrop/Howard area.
